Includes professional photography and video, MLS placement, showing coordination, skilled negotiation, and full transaction management through closing. We also promote your home to our exclusive database of qualified buyers, social media followers, and targeted local audiences.
Platinum Elite Plan (2.4%) Designed for homes that need maximum market exposure or face unique selling challenges. This includes complimentary professional home staging (typically a $2,000-4,000 value), direct promotion to over 500 Front Range agents, featured placement on Zillow and Homes.com where thousands of buyers will see it, targeted Google, YouTube and Facebook Ad campaigns, and comprehensive postal mail marketing to people near you. Your neighbors often know people looking to move into the area!
